6th - 8th Grades
Jr. High at Kings Christian School provides students with opportunities to grow academically, physically, and spiritually as they participate in biblically rooted academics, competitive sports, and unique electives.
Using curriculum from A Beka, Bob Jones, and Purposeful Design, students will learn how each subject of study can be used for His glory in and out of the classroom. Electives such as Ukulele, puppetry, news casting, art, survival skills, the Marvel and the Maker, creative writing, and the melodrama allow each student to experience and develop new skills that complement their uncommon core academics. The small class sizes at KCS allow for each student to receive the intentional mentorship they need for their growth and well-being.
Different sports are offered each quarter to Jr. High students and can include Volleyball, Football, Soccer, Cheer, Basketball, and Softball.
The Junior Student Leadership Team is another incredible opportunity offered to Jr. High students at KCS. This program helps prepare students to be leaders with servants hearts. Within this program students will have the opportunity to voice and be heard on issues they feel passionately about.
